Emissions/Fuel Question B18C1
i am having trouble passing emissions. I have a 94 Civic CX with A b18c1 AND STAGE TWO CAMS, STOCK FUEL SYSTEM, ACCEPT FOR b@m ADJUSTABLE PRESSURE REGULATOR, and i do have a cat on also. my hydrocarbon levels are testing 2.4 and they need to be .8 what can i do to lower them? is it possible to lower my fuel pressure to get less fuel, or do i need to get my ECU tuned differently? TOO MUCH DAMN UNBURNT FUEL! i am going nuts NEED TO PASS!
