aright i never understood the point of carb. i live in western new york.

i was gonna buy a cheap no-name 2 piece cai off ebay (so i can switch to sri when it rains) and buy a aem dry-flow replacement filter. would this be legal? i dont see why it wouldnt be but i dont understand the point of carb/smog/all those tests.

ne input on those tests is greatly appreciated

see like in california the carb are important because of the air polluant but seeing that u are in newyork i think it dont matter wat u get unless the cops there too tell u to pop ur hood for mods and that is why cali sucks u have to spend more to be legal but like in tennesee it whateva so i think ur kool

 

May be a little pricy but the comptech ICEBOX is carb legal
