450/550 should be plenty stiff for double duty, if the dampers can handle them.

10kg/6kg is approxmately 550lb/350 lbs. ~56kg/mm>1 lb/in.

those spring rates are no good for track driving. will induce understeer.

Come find me at Raytheon in March, and I'll tell you way more than you want to know about springs and the rest of the car.

Otherwise, you gotta search for that stuff. There's no perfect number for what you're asking, but this has been talked about before.

450 front/550 rear

aka 8kg front, 10kg rear is a good place to start.

sort of. in a fwd car, you're always battling understeer or looking for ways to make the car handle more neutrally. one of the ways this is done is by bumping up rear spring rate.

it's not the most comfortable way to setup springs, but it's the way springs ought to be setup in race cars/track cars. which spring rates you like depends on your driving style, but 450/550 is generally a good starting point. 400/450, 375/450 400/500 are some other popular spring rate setups as well.

I run 450f/400r with a 22mm ITR rear sway and no front sway on my 99 Civic coupe. It rotates just fine I don't want to go any higher on the back because its stif enough for what my car does 99% or the time (drive on the streets).

In fact i don't have the rear sway hooked up right now (waiting to get an ASR brace) and the car is still pretty neutral.
