Default Strange, intermittent idle problem. '95 JDM H22 in '92 civic hatch. Please help me.

Ok, so I'm having an idle problem with my H22. I'll lay it out as simply as I can.

-normal idle is at 1100 rpm
-Sometimes, the idle dips down to like 200-300 rpm, like it is just about to die, and then it comes back up to 1000-1100 rpm.

-I've noticed that it only happens when the engine is at operating temperature, or close to it; never happens when it is cold.

Like I already said, the problem isn't there all the time. There will be days when it doesn't show up at all, but there also days (usually when it's warmer outside) when it does it all the time.

I checked the spark plugs, and replaced the cap & rotor because they had some rust on them.

What do you think it might be?

Is your cel on? Check all you engine harness connections, bleed your cooling system.
