Default what is the difference between the stock 99 si ecu and the b16b ecu

I just bought a 99 si with 265000k miles and I already have a b16b motor. I plan on changing out the motor in the spring because this motor runs very nice. My question is would it be best for me to run the stock si ecu or the jdm b16b ecu. This should be plug and play right? Can somebody please tell me what the differences in these ecu's are. I know the si rev limiter is 8200 and the b16b ecu is 8400. Can someone tell me where the vtec crossover point is as well.
Thank you

PCT ECU will have a richer fuel mapping to go along with the better cams that come on the B16B as well as the higher compression. So, it would be best to use the PCT instead of the P2T. It's plug and play.
