I searched for this and found 1 thread about it but still did not have a clear enough answer. Will a 99-00 SI rear lip fit a 96-98 hatch rear bumper? Also will the rear bumper off of an SI fit the 96-98 hatch too?

coupes/sedans share the same bumpers. hatches have a different bumper. 96-98 rear bumpers are interchangeable with the 99-00 if they are from coupe to coupe or hatch to hatch. same applies to the lips. only hatch lips will fit on hatch

The shops makes difference between the Hb and Coupe /Sedan section , but it fits
