i had the same problem last week and a b18a1 from a 91 92 acura integra will work its the non vtec b18 i thinks its the b18a1. but i got it a junk yard for 20$ and put it on there and turned my idle bleed screw out and i havent had a problem. most likely what happend is the screw could of been in to much making the iacv do more work than nessasary. which i guessing thats whats wrong with your car. it probley idled at like what 4k rpm when it warmed up right?
