CUSTOM CRANK PULLEY.
does anyone here make custom crank pulleys?
I need one for a supercharged D series.
i can provide a pulley (for measurements or whatnot)
i'd prefer a little bit larger diameter than what i give you, with no accesories.
just a light weight, larger than stock crank pulley.
i know we got some machinists in here.

i have a really good machinist who i get custom parts for my store from. im not sure what itd cost, but i would guess around 200 or so. but i can definitely get it done. in 303 stainless...

youd need some sort of dampening on the pulley... so you couldnt just turn a solid piece out of billet.... youd be guaranteing harmonics and as a result oil pump failure

i'm with you, i am not at all for the lighten or lightweight pullies. I've done the reasearch and am not happy with the findings. Race engines only is how I took it.

yes, that is ONE way to upgrade boost.
but if you go too small, you risk belt slippage.
