hello guys i am trying to do my b16w/i think a gsr trannyin a ek swap. but the stock d seris tranny bracket is not fitting...couple of h-t member is telling me that the b & D seris tranny bracket are the same thing... can this tranny be a cable tranny? s803002981?

s80 is gsr...its a hydro tranny

 

s80 could either be a JDM gsr tranny or a USDM Ls tranny. The D series mount on the front of the tranny cannot be used, you will need a 94-00 Integra LS/GSR/Type R mount bracket.

 

so is the 2000 si bracket not going to fit too?

That will work.

S80 is also a JDM 96 Spec ITR tranny. But unsure if yours is.

 

Yes that is hydro tranny. The mounts I used to fit it into my 98 hatch were the front & rear 00 Si mounts and the D-series top mount.

Can you also post a pic of the D-series mount you are using and maybe take one also with it on the tranny to show where it is not lining up?

 

all 94+ integra trannies are s80's
