tryin to help a buddy out with his dome light... i searched but couldn't find any related issues other than the dome light NOT coming on but his wont go off . hes already taken both nipples off in the door jams and putting them back in but it didn't fix it. hes even sanded it to expose metal and still a no go.

the dome light works on on/off switch positions but doesn't go off on the door seeting

any1 got ideas??? are aftermarket stereos still a factor on dome lights not going off instead of not coming on?
