Default Intermediate Shaft??

hey guys I started out having a vibration throughout my whole car under acceleration... assuming that it was the axle I replaced my passenger axle of which was bad... with the vibration still existing I replaced my wheel bearing... still no luck... now i have replaced my transmission and still experience the same annoying vibration... is there anyway it could be the intermediate shaft? Has anyone ever heard of one going bad? Please help me out.. I've searched HT all over and it seems like no one has ever had this problem....

Vibration under acceleration is due to a bad cv joint on one or both of the axles. I have been through three sets of shitty remanufactured axles that all had this problem. Do yourself a favor and stop buying remanufactured axles; they are complete junk.

I was fed up with it and ordered a set of Gator Stage 2 axles. I know that the joints are new and I will never have a problem with them again.

Bad motor mounts can cause that too, had same problem car's steering wheel would shake when i was on the gas around a corner, had two new alxels aready all suspension tight, put in some energy suspension motor mounts problem solved! just something to look at as well

$450 shipped for the Stage 2 axles. If you don't need something as strong, just a quality OEM replacement, they can make those too and at a much cheaper price.

I had a 91 DA that was notorious for going through axles quickly. I finally ended up getting some new ones through Raxles ( http://www.raxles.com/ ). They sell only new axles, no regrinds. Super customer service, I think the guys name is Marty maybe? They were $120 a side (no core charge provided you return your old ones in a timely manor....the even provide a free return shipping label). I highly recommend them. After using their axles, my problems went away.
