ignition reset

Hi-My 98' Honda Accord ignition burned out, I just bought one from the junkyard and replaced. The problem is now I will have to reset the ignition. Can someone help guide me thru it? your help is appreciated.

HUH? what? you have an anti theft key? immobilizer? did you just replace the electrical part of the ignition switch or the whole kit & kabbodle?
