Default Problem with power locks

Ok, heres the situation- I go to use the keyless entry to unlock the door and it unlocks. When I go to lock the door shortly after (a few seconds) with the keyless, it won't lock. Even if I try to lock or unlock the doors with the switch on the door, it won't work after about the second time (car not running). I changed the battery in the keyless and it did the same thing. I got a new car battery a few days ago and it still does the same thing.

It sounds like the door locks want to work but it just doesn't have enough power...What could it be?

Hm, since no one is helping you - i'll try.

well lets see.............if the lockign system uses a relay - thats a definate possibility - relays go in and out all the time, once they're starting to go bad.

Otherwise, i wouldn't know.............

it might be an obstructed door lock linkage or a problem with the door lock actuator. PM if you want a write-up to check.
