I have two sets of them and I've been fine. I put anti-seize on the threads each time I put them on, do you?

I just went with my g/f today to get her new Rotas put on with Kyokguken lugs and when we got the key back it already looked almost stripped!!

They only used a torque wrench also, so that shows the key is just a POS.

I've had mine for almost a year and have rotated my tires three times with no problems yet...I'd try using that anti-seize though, sounds like it's help...

How much do you torque them down? I torque mine to 80psi (recomended by honda) and it seems to have rounded the wrench.

Yeah, we tightened them to 80lbs as well and the key is pretty rounded, how do you get a new key? You dont need to buy a new set of lug nuts, do you??

I've had my set of kryos for 6 months now and no problems, I also hand tighten them and never use a torque wrench. The key can be easily stripped. Just go get either McGuard or Gorrilla locks for half the price.

get the gorilla lug nuts from jcwhitney.com. they're about $30 or so for a set and they don't strip.

You might want to rethink the lawsuit as it will most likely prove to be a waste of time/money for you and you'll get nothing out of it other than a headache. Just be glad you only ruined a cheap ripoff wheel instead of a real one.
