So I was flipping channels today laying sick in bed and I came across this show.

I guess its two guys riding around the world.

One of the guys is Obi-won Kenobi. On tonights show they were traveling in Russia and had to fort some hardcore rivers and what not. I thought it was pretty cool.

Does anyone else watch it or ever heard of it?

I haven't heard of this movie. I'd have to say my interest is piqued.

Ewan McGregor is the guy. He also narrated Faster.

I guess its more or less a reality show. I think they went through america about 18 months ago or so.

More of a travel story than reality show. It documents their planning, prep, training, and journey. Pretty interesting. There was a book that fleshed out more of the story that was not covered in the show.

It originally aired over a year ago.

 

Interesting. I should check it out sometime.

yea i think i saw an episode or 2 of the show. it was pretty cool. it kinda gave me a new respect for mcgregor.

i would love to do this someday but i should worry about affording food first.

 

Ewan McGregor is the ******* man. I'm buying this show as we speak.
