Does anyone know where the Fast Idle screw is on an '87 Civic (carb)?

the fast idle is controlled by a lever and diaphragm. you will find it on the side of the throttle cable connection. the fast idle sets when the engine is cold... if there is an adjustment screw, it will be in this area.

 

Thanks jlicrx, that is exactly what I was looking for! The Haynes manual does not have enough detail on how the choke works.
