High reving problem during idle

High reving problem during idle
I turn the car on rpm shoot to 2krpm
drop to 900rpm
then revs to 2krpm
drops quickly to 900rpm
sounds like im pressing gas peddle then letting go
i recently took cruise control out ...did i forget to seal up a vacum hose.....
any takers..????

You most likely did forget to seal a vacuum hose. Recheck everything, and adjust the screw next to the throttle body. And if it's none of those is probably your IACV.
