thick racing stripes
well, what mods do u already have? the best way to start would be to look for deals on intakes, headers and exhaust. you may hear from people that removing or gutting your exhaust makes a big difference, but i highly do not recommend doing it. it all depends on how much $ you wanna start off spending

He has cold air and exhaust and some pollys and lowering stuff. HANDLES DOPE. 16" rims and tires etc. He wants to know ways on increasing power. Give him the instructions on changing your timing and how much.

i agree! that is the cheapest best mod you could do. and you can do it for around $100...the only time you'll get 10-15hp for that much

So can you use any Si intake manifold? 90 Civic Hatch Si work? What else will we need for the conversion? So far what i gather we need is :

89-91 CRX/Civic Si manifold says Programmed fuel... on it
All intake vacume hoses.
89-91 CRX/Civi Si throttle body
89-91 CRX/Civic Si ECU --> does it do anything

Anything else? Bolt on swap the ECU reset? Just manifold and tbody needed? Thx guys cause my buddy wants more HP

You need to swap to an Si head???? He already has a SOHC 16v. What are the resistors and does the DX valve cover fit on a Si head if you have to swap heads. What engine is supposed to be in a DX?? What code i mean. And we need a d16a6 head????????

You don't need to swap heads. You'll need the Si distributor, ecu, intake manifold, injectors, throttle body, throttle cable, and injector resistor. The injector resistor is located in the upper right hand corner of the engine compartment (if you were standing in front of the car). It's a small silver box with fins on it, and a green connector. The DX is a D15B2.

Yeah, as much as possible, try to get an Si one, although an HF or a 90-91 Integra one would probably do as well. Make sure the intake manifold isn't damaged as well either.

Hey if you switch to mpfi then you should use the 88-89 integra ecu it has more agressive fuel maps and such. Also try soomewhere like Gude for a cam they are inexpensive and help out some. You could always get a zc for around $600-800.

Ok stickers are gay but will integra LS ECU be good? Is there any good way to see if manifold is bent in any way? Can the honda dealership get me the needed gaskets. What if we just poped the cam out of the Si and swaped it in the DX?? I guess what your ssaying is that the Si cam has a more agressive cut right? Alright well THX so much guys and well keep you updateed on what shaking.
