im wondering what kind of "reliable" power a turbo sohc vtec can put down on stock internals... any kind of help is appreciated

 

200 easy on a conservative tune

 

anything up to 300 hp has been seen with stock internals on a d.

FUll Race just recently showed 400whp on stock sleeved d.

Check with the FI forum but search cause ur not gunna get responses with this type of question. To general and been covered many times.

Anything around 200-250 would be perfect for a d with a proper tune.

Also, dont run more then 10 maybe 11 psi with stock internals.

 

what do you plan on using fro fuel management?
