I would recommend at least the ITR intake cam, some cam gears if you don't have them already. There is always the aftermarket or type r intake manifold, and throttle body. You could get a nitrous kit with a fuel pump for about 800, if you want NAWWZ.

im a drive train homo so i say lightened flywheel, act street strip clutch / their street/strip or drag pressure plate.

then itr intake manifold w/ tbody. injectors, fuel reg, cams, etc etc.

or 800$$ in hp stickers

if you're in need of a suspension set up and just want to get something that works... head over to http://www.nopionline.com and check out their spax psx suspension kit for the civic. i have one and i have nothing bad to say about it at all. very simple to install and the car handles beautifully. also the shocks that come with it are single adjustable... pretty good for 400 something shipped.

if you want to spend money on your motor only then i'd suggest dropping in a K&N air filter, get a header and having a custom exhaust made up. the custom exhaust is relatively cheap and the only real thing to eat up your budget would be the header. after you had that done you could probably still get a set of itr or ctr cams... buy those and you can keep your stock vavletrain and still be ok.

maybe a 30 shot?

with the left over money you can make a kick *** fuel system to reliably support it

IMO

To be honest I would buy some cams-camgears and maybe a flywheel.I have itr cams and hp cam gears for sale O would take 650 for them plus shipping.
