If they are genuine Honda Accord fog lights, they will plug right in. The switch that turns them on would go next to where the the cruise control button is (on the 5th gen) on the left side of the dash.

the true oem lights come with a wiring harness that plugs into the factory harness. It is a plug and drive installation.

If they are Honda fog lights they will have a switch, that will go on the left side of the dash. In the empty spot next to the cruise control button.

Fog light switch goes next to the clock, as stated above. Moonroof switch is next to the cruise control.

yep, that is the factory spot.

you just leave the button pressed in all the time, though. They turn on when you turn on your parking lights or headlights. They don't run seperate.
