Auto 2 Manual ECU conversion?

Auto 2 Manual ECU conversion?
Does any one know how to convert an automatic P06 to read as a manual? Also i plan on going turbo in about 6 months, should i just get a P28? This will be on a eg sedan and i will be tuning the turbo on uberdata 1.7 most likely. TIA!

The link won't work for me because i'm on my cell. But from what i gathered from the thread post was that i have to pull the RP17 and put a jumper wire on RP18?
