Default 91 hatch question about throttle body

my 91 ef hatch d15b1 had a bad tps sensor n i bought a used but new throttle body of ebay with a new tps sensor attatched. i put the new throttle body on n made sure everything was connected right. i started the car up n it started n idled fine i only let it run for about 10 second and shut it of. then i replaced my radiator (because the stock one had a hairline crack) with a new one out of a 91 crx it fit perfect n everything was installed correctly. when i started the car it idled fine for about 15 seconds n then it started to slightly surge. then about 5 seconds later it got worse and would not stop. the car reached tempature n still surged. what could be the problem? anyone that reads this please repsond and leave any comments about what the problem could be. thanks

whats burp the radiator. i poured prestone coolant into the radiator untill it was full started the car let it run for a little bit then i added more as the level at the top of the raditor went down. after i filled it top the top and started it up it didnt go down but a liltte bit. so is that what "burp" is?

burp= bleed the cooling system

wait until car is cold, remove radiator cap, i hold the throttle at 2k rpm until the lower hose gets warm and the radiator fan comes on. The service manual says you're supposed to have the heater on the hottest setting and the fan on full speed when doing this but it takes too long to warm up if you do that. burp it and see if that smoothes the idle.

does anyone think it could be the "newer" throttle body (it was used and bought of ebay with a new tps sensor) that is now on the car, because on the stock throttle body that was on there, there was a bad tps senor which was throwin a check engine light. thats why there was a new tps senosr purchased which came with a throttle body. so i jus changed the whole throttle body over. could it be throttle body messin it up makin it surge???? please reply with wany comment thanks
