I have a 94 accord with a F22 and i was wondering if the engine and tranny would fit in my 92 prelude....i was also wondering if the windsheilds would line up too???
My situation:
I have a 94 accord with a good F22 but the exterior and interior isnt so good. But i have a 92 lude with an ok exterior and a great interior (i painted the interior a long time ago) but the H23 isnt workin right so i was wondering if the swap is goin to be worth it or should i just paint the 4 door accord....

 

The motor will fit, but not the windshield

 

All but 1 of your motor mounts will line up. Luckily, that's the mount for your transmission, so if our H23 transmission is in good shape, then switch them around and you'll be good. Also, you'll need to swap ECU's and do a little wiring, but it'll work

 

So should i just paint the accord and keep the engine in there???

 

Which would you rather drive? And do you plan to buy that H22 soon? If not, I'd swap them

 

yea id rather drive the lude...about the h22---i kinda want to save my money for a streetbike..

 

Well, if you've got the time and experience, I'd swap them. Is the H23 totally dead? Or just in poor condition?
