hey what are some things to look for? its a 93 lx sedan with a b16a swap not sure of year but its a b16, and has a ls tranny. its obd1 and running a gsr ecu. im needing a 4dr in a bad way so if i can get one swapped already then hell yeah. just wanna know if there are anythings to look for.

 

how much...from private or dealer...with papers of course?
have a close friend that knows about this look at the quality of the swap to see if it isnt a hack job... and if it passes state inspections

 

not a hack job, it needs its work its not perfect by any means but its all there. Just hard up for a sedan, the wife really isnt feeling the hatch no moe. who knows i may keep the ef too, or part it out and keep what i can use?????

 

check the head stamp to see what year the motor is, and make sure you know the definite answer as to why theres an LS tranny on it. If the B16 "shat the bed" it was probably beat on. I would run a quick Compression test on it too...its quick/easy, why not

 

yeah he had a ls swap then found a good deal on the b16 and got the vtach bug yo!!! but id be droping an ls in it soon enough
