Default Gear grinding with cluth down ??

The last night i was slowing down from forth so i had my foot on the clutch and put it into 3rd but didnt release the clutch. Then because i had to slow down further i went to put it into 2nd and the gears grinded going into 2nd, with the foot still on the clutch. Clutch has about 10k on it. Trans fluid was just changed yesterday. Any ideas ?

Check the hydralics sound like you have no pressure. More than likely a leaking master cylinder look under the dash and see if it's wet around the MC dust boot. If not that check the slave cylinder and if when you pull back the little boot on it and there's any brake fuid there it's bad. Alway change them in pairs or wighever one you didn't change will break almost right away.
