Default bad port and polish?

I just had my car tuned and i'm not too happy with the numbers. heres the mods:

2000 ITR
skunk2 stg 2 cams, gears, springs, and ret.
port and polish
JDM itr header
apexi n1 exhst
11.0:1 JE Pistons
S-AFC

the last time it was on the dyno, it made 180hp with the skunk2 cams.
i just had it rebuilt (blew up in aug.) and the port and polish, header and pistons were the new mods.

I only made 180hp to the wheels now with all the new mods too. NO GAINS AT ALL! the shop doesn't think the car is getting enough air and a bigger throttle body would help a lot.

what do you guys think?

new header as neo_ mentioned, you didn't say what kind of intake you are using.

a bigger throttle body does help, but they typically aren't as restrictive as many think...unless you bought your car used and it came with a B16A T-body.

go crome, hondata, or uberdata to eek out some more power. Post up your dyno chart.... compare and contrast from before.... your peak numbers might be the same but you might have made more power under the curve with more torque too.

Who are you currently using? I'm over those numbers with a bolt on stock jdm itr longblock... and its self street tuned.

Also... anyone know who owns a Black ITR out in the bloomingdale area? Wheels and Altezzas, but looked stock beyond that. (I didn't confirm it was a real ITR, but it had stock exhaust, wing, stickers, lip.... )

Dynos can vary by 20 or more horsepower. How about some more details on the setup, and a graph?

I had no issues when getting tuned by Suprdave at The Whip Factory in Plainfield. He rebuilt my motor as well. No problems with any of his work.
