hey, i finally got the re-built turbo, after all my bearings being shot, and seals leaking, and i put everything back, and changed the cam gears to 0-0 so that i can take it to the dyno, and have it tuned, but now it is bogging... maybe because i had a almost flat battery ?? or is it the cam gears were set to something else, and now the tune is thrown off ??

This is just normal driving... no where close to boost.

PLEASE HELP HONDA-TECH.
