is the boot dying(look at the rim theres stains)? i dont hear noises yet.

 

I see what you mean, but it could be just road gunk or water. you sure it's from the boot?

 

oh i dunno..if it was water it would have dried
ill check it tomorrow but what condition would you say the boots in?

 

doesnt look like boot is leaking but hard to tell. look in between the ribs on the boot. you'll see cracks forming then eventually they will split. if there cracking replace them before they split. also look at the ends of the boots to see if there leaking out from underneath the clamps

 

Jack up the front of the car, then turn the wheel so the front of the tire is turned out. This will stretch out the front of the boot and make it easier to see cracks. Then spin the wheel so you can see both sides of the boot.
