i've seen (with my own eyes) anywhere from 14.6 to 15.4
my cars usually run around 14.8-14.9 with stock b16's. Also depends on elevation and track condition.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY too many factors.

But 13s are possible with slicks on a stock b16.

With a full interior 91 si, id say a 15.1-15.3 on street tires. Of course theres a lot of factors, and i'm sure a 16 year old can't drive that well.
