its 90% driver. so someone could run a 15 flat while the next guy runs a 17. with the same car.

I would say 17... and ls engine can spank those b16 vtecs 
im ran 15's bone stock b16 in my coupe.

If your a good driver you can run low 15's all day. I/H/E should get you into a high 14. Like I said if you are a good driver.

yup... I throw down a wager I know of a stock ls in a eg that will spank you buddy
they can easialy hit 14's
there 600lbs less
