D17A2 swap for A K20
I'm not sure if this been ask before?
I know A k20 will fit in my o2 civic EX but I've seen the engine swap before
in a 01 or 02 civic Nd when I look at the engine on some site. the way u read the engine was upside down I didnt like that I wondering if I do the engine swap?
Will it be side wayz or upside down or any thangg like that? I just want to knoe if I do it?? Can I look at the engine with out turning my head in any direction cuz I didnt like that 1 picture I look at.

Im not really sure what you are asking.
But yes, the K20/RSX engine can go into a 7th gen civic.
IT will be mounted the same way it is in the RSX. You dont turn it around or any other way. The engine and transmission mounts just like it does when you look in an engine bay of the RSX.
We are doing one right now in a 03 Civic coupe. Auto trans converted into manual also.
I'd like to show pics, but the owner rather not have anything leak out before its completed.

on the swap ...what's the cost... I have a 7thgencivic.....with manual trans....and plan on whipping some A$$ in it soon.....k24..I hear I cheaper...I'm not rich soooim looking...and passwordjdm has a good deal on a j-spec long block with no trans....let me know..your 2¢

k24 motor - 800 on ebay
k20a2 tranny- junkyard 800
k20a2 cylinder head-1k
SI axels OR rsx axels all 4 ~200 bucks with the 5 lug rotors
ECU from k24 or k20 -bout 200-300 maybe you can pull it with the motor...
RSX subframe- idk.
Kpro -bout 800 or 900
manual labor out of your assssssss. swap will be 6-8k
k20a2 tranny- junkyard 800
