My cap and rotor are from my jdm 98 b18c5 distributor is done, can I use a us b18c5 cap and rotor?????

 

I'm sure someone here has had to change a jdm cap and rotor, just need to know if you can use the U.S version?

I have not change one. But, I think they are interchangeble as long as the OBD versions are the same. Call up one of those JDM importers and ask. I'm sure they ough to know.

Yes, it'll work. I just replaced mine 2 months before I found out my bearings were on their way out.

My R was imported from Japan, and the whole distributor went, I bought one off a USDM Type R and it worked fine. They will interchange.

 

the gs-r one are even the same im pretty sure the all like td84u or like td86u or td 87u or something

no, the GSR Cap will not fit an R distributor, it is 2 mm too small...
When the screw came out of my rotor and went through the R's cap I tried to use my GSR's cap, but no go...
