i took two off an ex 95 in a junkyard and the first one wouldnt come out and cracked two of the clips that hold it in place. the second time i did it it took about an hour and came out clean the only thing is i never ended up putting one back, but from the removal process i would think about getting someone to help. the haynes manual i had was pretty good but still left out a few things, just make sure you have the time to do it. If you find pic diy i would reccomend having that there with you.

ITs not that hard you just have to find every screw befor you start yanking the best way to get tac off is to start by removing the the comparment that thats by the shifter then the radio dashnext you have to pull the *** for the ac the one that holdshot cold thing after removing that their should be a screw to unscrew the the line next you need to remove all the plugs for example rear defrost dimmer all those behind all those pannles their are screws. now take the screws of thedash.pull slowlyi mean i really cant explain it that well if you really need help ill post pics good luck its that big of a bitch if you know what you are doing
