Default Neeed Help! Suggestions on passing Emissions???

Here's the deal: I moved to NYC w/o my turbo Integra about two years ago, but I'm planning to move back to the Nova region in 2-3 months. My car has lied dormant for this entire time, since it wouldn't pass emissions by a long shot. My old solution was to have it garaged at school in Harrisonburg, where there are no emissions requirements. I've since graduated and do not have an apartment or any friends at the school. The setup is as follows:

DRAG kit
Hondata s200b
intank 255lph fuel pump
550cc injectors

I've gotten two good suggestions so far: First to reinstall the stock injectors and stock ECU, drive very low throttle to the inspection spot and it'll pass. Apparently they do not do the sniffer test on every car and just check for a stock ECU and no codes. I would attempt to meet these requirements with the two steps i mentioned. Second is to call the treasurer of a city where there are no emissions, saying my car is garaged there, and that i need a sticker. Will this work if I have no record of living in that city? That's pretty much the situation, I really need a solution to this problem.

thanks in advance.

just drive the car hard before you go, supposedly helps you pass the sniffer

as i wrote, i heard there is no sniffer for cars as long as they have the stock ecu ad don't throw any codes. my car will absolutely not pass the sniffer test with the hondata tune, 550cc's, and hi-flo cat.

Default Put it all back!

I'd prefer not to switch/remove any items on my car, much less revert the whole car back to stock. Any other suggestions?

U need to have a stock ecu and it has to have no codes. Da catch is that the ecu has to be in for long enough for the computer to check for codes. This is not a plug it in and drive to the spot thing. It could take a couple of days or weeks.

It varies depending on the car, ie my Nissan Maxima takes about 100 miles and a certain number of on/off cycles for the ECU to complete it's readiness check. If I don't, the ECU will show that and the car won't pass.

On my wife's Integra, we can reset the ECU, drive about 10 miles to the inspection facility, and it passes without problem.

I used to just get it done by a guy I knew, but he got busted in an undercover operation and has to go totally by the book now. The fines are pretty severe.
