why dont you just go to a welding shop and have them weld you cracked header.. and are you saying that the header is to short fromt the bottom where the oil pan is or where you connect the cat from??? question? why did ya by a ls header when you knew you had a b16 block?

how is it going to leak? it bolts to the head and the cat the same way. as long as it clears the oil pan alright, there's no difference.

like he said though, just take it to an exhaust shop and have them lengthen it.

well if theres a space between the header and the cat.. then just slap that header on AS LONG AS IT DOESNT RUP THE OIL PAN and drive it to the shop and have them extend your exhuast .. it will prob rang from 30-60 bucks.. make sure you dont pull on your cat to bring it towards your header cause the it will rup at the back wheels

Both of you would be better off

Buy a new Header, yes header, not plural, it's not a v6-v8..Off of ebay. you can get a cheap one for Under 150
