finally got some money from insurance for my stolen gsr. i bought a del sol sohc si from a friend. i want to put one of those password jdm j's racing replica intake on it. my question is how is the fitment on it? and does work good with sohc motors? thanks further hand.

back when i had the sohc motor in my delsol pops bought me a ebay short ram. it was simple bolt on really. no wires, plugs, anything. I imagine any other intake for that would be the same. altho a CAI might need a bolt or two.

 

yeah but the password jdm one isn't like most intakes. check out passwordjdm.com i think its called a power chamber intake.

 

hmmmm, from the looks of it i wouldn't say there's too much of a fitment problem. I mean maybe it's just me but with the sohc motor there's plenty of room under the hood. Maybe someone else knows first hand? This is my 2cents tho.

Del Sol engine bay is practically the same as any other EG...
