i was asking cause my 6th gen speed needle is getting kinda jerky going up these days. I found some Speedometer & Tachometer Gauges on JCW site. I can do all the modding out with the wiring and soldering myself.(comp tech)

What im wondering will it be legal if i pull off the old gauges and put digtal ones, and keep the main miles on the bottom middle still.

i dont care about resale value at this point, im not planing to sell my car for a very long time.

 

i dont see why it would be illegal as long as you keep the stock odometer ticking you shoudl be fine
