Default Fixing my accord...

ive made threads about it, asked questions (on here and everywhere else)... and finally it begins. ill add more pictures when something changes... but for right now with all the rain, and me still hunting the harder to find parts... it could take some time.

no, this car isnt worth anything, nor will it ever BE worth anything... thats hardly the point. i want the experience, ive never done this before, and im enjoying the hell out of it.

The fact that its worth nothing is the biggest influence in me doing it. im doing it for my own benefit (experience) and why not do it on a car that i can afford to mess up on?

save yourself a big hassle and cut the front end off and weld on a new one.

can i order those? or would i have to find a donor car? because thats been the problem... i dont have a donor car. there are NO accords within 150 miles that arent- rusted out, or wrecked in the front. they just DONT blow up, and apparently rarely get hit anywhere else.

i imagine they would be overpriced too? our local honda dealership wanted $320 for a radiator support and i told them they can keep it.

I think you could buy annother one of those for the cost in parts/labor to fix the car

IMO not worth it

do it if you want but i think it willll be a waste of money and time
who knows if that thing will even drive straight after you invest thousands

but go for it if you have nothing better to do

okay...conclusion is..okay...

you just need another donor car, just search around in your local junk yard for a t-boned or rear-ended fourth gen. they been a top 5 selling car for a decade or more.

buy a welder if you don't have one already
