cam install lubrication? What to Buy??

I am installing CTR cams in my gsr and I was reading the How-to on http://www.c-speedracing.com and it says to use assembly lube on the cams. What kind of lube do I need or can I use just motor oil???

motor oil is fine. you can get assembly lube at pepboys/advance/auto zone.
