Default AEM Intake Installed on 06 Civic SI

This was a pain in the *** to do, I even found a coolant hose I need to tighten up tommorrow as my car overheating due to it. Anyway the car is more responsive and and louder. The intake sounds stock up to 4000 rpm then it becomes so aggressive it is loud but makes power. I like it

It was kinda hard for a honda intake i suppose.

I wish they made the throttle body elbow different so as not to come in contact with the upper rad. hose...or atleast include some heat reflective tape/shielding.

If somebody wants to retain the factory air box they should just undo the air intake tube in the fender and remove the air snorkel/box in front of that...that should free up a couple hp and add some noise for free....kinda of a half butt intake but its free.
