Default to paint or not to paint

i have a blue 94 del sol and im about to order a lip kit, i was wondering if i should paint the lip to match the car or just leave it black? also ive herd of some cheap places to get lip kits does any1 know where to get them? thanks

paint it -black lips are for jdm ricers- colormatched lips are way cleaner ( think type r)

so def paint the ( r ) lip , would u paint ur car or do a engine swap . what would u do first? because im not all insanly rich so i need to do things months apart
