no it is not, in the sub-title it says turbonetics, rev-hard, drag quality..."quality"
yo if you want a manifold for that price go with something w/ the wastegate on the collector.

My build's only gonna be mild (5-6 psi) and i'll be looking to get a junkyard turbo internally wastegated, so I'll be blocking off the WG flange, so not a problem.
Think this manifold will hold up? On my budget, the only other option is SSAutoshite, and I'm not gonna go there....
