Default Auto. Tranny shifts late

The auto tranny on my 95 civic is shifting late and revving high before shifts. the tranny is shifting like so..

shift 1-2 @ 25km
shift 2-3 @ 55km
shift 3-4 @ 80km

i know there could be a lot causing this but what would be the key factors? thanks in advance.

IM ASKING KINDLY!

theres a cable that runs off the throttle body looks like a thottle cable try lossing it or tighting it over time the cables will stretch and need adjusting almost postive this will help/fix it
