i just changed my oil on my 91 si and i put 2 and half quarts and there is no oil on my dipstick. someone let me know if i did something wrong. oil filter and plug are tight but still?

 

you need 3.5qts

Had that happen. bought a car blew more smoke than a chimney... looked at the stick, no oil shut the hood


To help you aswell there are to marks on the dipstick. There is a Qt. difference between the 2

lol...I put 6 gallons of gas in my tank but its only reading half full.
