I've heard that DC Sports are legit, but have also heard others raved about the Greddy ones. And which one is better, 4-2-1 or 4-1 in ur opinion. I plan on racing at a starting mph of like 40. Pretty much road racing, but just wondering if there is a significant difference between the two.. Any response would be appreciated. Thank you.

i would say go with a 4-1 one piece...expensive but its good..i had one from dc and it was awesome..

And why did someone say 4-2-1 is better, because I heard it's good throughout the powerband, while 4-1 is 4k rpms and up. I want to buy one but don't know which is the right choice.

 

4-1 headers involve less travel and I think, are the best for performance. Just watch out for clearance, as headers will dip lower then the average 4-2-1 headers.

A good inexpensive header is the megan racing stainless steel Type-r 4-1 2.5 inch header. $200 shipped! Much lighter than a real type-r and it's stainless!
