*pull the door defrost vent covers off the ends of the dash-there is a 10mm bolt behind each
*remove the glovebox and remove the 10mm bolts that hold to the chassis brackets
*remove the radio console and seperate the climate control from teh dash. also remove the bolt that holds the dash to the floor bracket
*remove teh rectangular plastic cover from the center upper of the dash and then the 10mm bolt beneath it
*remove the knee panel/fuse block cover and the 10mm bolts holding the dash to the chassis brackets
*detach the ground wire from the dash harness to the chassis bracket
*unplug the dash harness from the fuse block
*remove the 2 12mm bolts that hold the steering column up(not required but will give you more working room
*slowly tip forward and remove. you may have a few connectors to seperate that i forgot to list

once you remove the lower fuse/knee panel deal just look up there will be 2 12mm's holding the column bracket to the metal dash/chassis frame.

as for the steering wheel take a small flathead screwdriver and pop the H out of the center of your stock wheel. behind it is a 19mm nut. remove the nut and yank the wheel off.
