Default School me on quick release/short hubs and aftermarket steering wheels.

ok so i know next to nothing about these. the products in question will be nrg's quick release, short hub, quick release lock, and a bride steering wheel (fake i know, but im poor).
for reference
http://www.getnrg.com/nrgsteerrel.php
http://www.getnrg.com/nrgquicklock.php

ok now my questions are do the quick releases' already come with a hub? and in that first link, is that nrg's 2nd gen qr picture with their short hub? or are their qr and hubs sold separatley? and will the fake bride steering wheel be compatible with that set up? also how exactly does the qr work? is there a button to push or do you just pull it off? im assuming the qr lock just goes over the qr then locks correct? finally does anyone know the size of a s2000 steering wheel? i love me s2k wheel and think it is the perfect size so i want the size of the fake bride wheel to match that of the s2k's.

thanks in advance for any help

and heres a pic for views

first off, NRG make fake parts. But that's fine, it will match your fake steering wheel, lip, wheels, and headlights.

The quickrelease mounts onto a the wheel, then to the hub, and the hubs mounts onto the car. as long as the bolt numbers are correct. 6 bolts are all the same, then there's two type of 5 bolts.
The quick release kit doesn't come with a hub.

Need:
steering wheel with 6 bolt
nrg quickrlease
some type of 6 bolt hub (momo, fet, signal, etc.)

ot: My username isn't from this crappy product. I had this sn since 2000. aka nrgonline.org

I put my steering wheel in a aluminum briefcase
There's two keys that must be turned at the same time.
