So yesterday on my way out from school, my engine just locks up on a turn and stops, the radio and electrical is still on, but the engine stops and the car isn't moving. Then, i put the car in parking, take key out, put key in, turn it on, and drive. It's starts working, but i need to know why this happened and if it will happen again.

i have a 97civic dx coupe. 122K milage.

hhhmmmmm, idk actually, i bought this car used about 3 weeks ago, and now this starts happening, but idk if i had the recall.

 

i was looking for recalls and i don't think that year had the recall
