88 crx rear disc convertion

can some one please help me. i want to do a rear disc conversion on my crx what parts are necessary. how difficult steps involved. i know a mechanic that might do the job but he also is not to fond of doing it. please help

if you haven't done it already use the search and c what u can find. there's been a few threads on this already if i'm not mistaken.
